Who we are

Master Meats began its journey back in 1976, proudly supplying the highest quality meats to some of Calgary's finest and most renowned restaurants. As word quickly spread about the exceptional quality, unbeatable freshness, and careful selection of our products, the general public soon began to take notice and steadily increase their demand. In response to this growing interest from both chefs and home cooks alike, we thoughtfully shifted our focus more towards retail cutting, which in turn sparked rapid and sustained growth for our business. By the year 2016, it became clear that we had outgrown our original location, leading us to make the important decision to relocate to our current, larger facility in order to better serve our expanding and loyal customer base. Despite these exciting changes and steady growth, the core philosophy of Master Meats remains exactly the same: nothing but the very best will ever do. We continue to prioritize quality above all else, ensuring that every single cut meets the consistently high standards our customers have come to expect, respect, and trust. At Master Meats, where great meals truly begin and memories are made, quality is not just our long-standing tradition β€” it’s our unwavering promise.
